With over 10 years of experience in digital analytics and online marketing, I’m a Senior Digital Analytics consultant, certified digital analyst from the Digital Analytics Association, helping organizations optimize their digital marketing strategies.
Prior to being a self-employed consultant, I led the Web and Digital Analytics consulting practice at Client Spectrum, an organization specialized in IBM Unica consulting. From 2002 to 2012, I managed the Yellow Pages Group Analytics department where I built my experience in defining KPIs, implementing page tags, and configuring and analyzing reports using IBM Unica NetInsight, HBX (Omniture) and Comscore softwares. I also have experience with other web analytics solutions such as Coremetrics, WebTrends, AT Internet, and Google Analytics.
My experience and aptitudes are distributed between such marketing tasks as evaluating marketing campaign conversions, measuring visitor value, helping in usability testing, and measuring SEO and SEM efforts on websites and mobile devices. I have a solution-oriented mindset and great problem-solving skills.
